Free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol
The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol as well as selected cable cars.
- Regional trains in South Tyrol: Brenner/Brennero to Trento as well as Mals/Malles until Innichen/San Candido
- Local buses (city buses, intercity buses)
- Burgstall-Vöran/Postal-Verano, Vilpian-Mölten/Vilpiano- Meltina, Bozen-Ritten/Bolzano-Renon, Bozen-Kohlern/Bolzano-Colle, Mühlbach-Meransen/Rio di Pusteria-Maranza cable cars
- Ritten/Renon railway and the Mendel/Mendola funicular
- Ride with Postbus Switzerland between Mals/Malles and
Müstair

The following applies to the rooms:
- Double room for single use: 162 € to 166 €
- Children's discounts:
- children up to the age of 12 months in the parents' room (with two full-paying adults): free of charge.
- from the age of 1 to 7.99 years: 30 €
- from 8 years to 13,99 years: 45 €
- from 14 years: 60 €
- Dogs are only on request allowed in the rooms, we charge 17 € / day. We ask, to understanding that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or the pool area.
The following applies to the holiday flats:
- Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge, from 3 years to 13.99 years 20 €, from 14 years 45 €
- plus 65 € for final cleaning (one-time)
- plus electricity consumption
- Dogs are not allowed in the flats.
- There is no lift in the house of the holiday flats.
- Bread roll service on request.
- The holiday flats can be booked with breakfast buffet on request. For the breakfast buffet in our hotel we charge 25 € for adults, children from 0 - 0.99 years eat breakfast for free, 1 year - 3.99 years 14 €, from 4 years to 9.99 years 20 €, from 10 years 25 €.
A local tax of € 2.60 will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
There is no right of cancellation in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Unfortunately we have to charge for cancelled rooms/apartments.
